bitches.... but mostly hoes

I had a funny interaction with a Christian girl today on campus.

I was walking to lunch and she was like "hey can you answer a question for me?" So I said sure, and she showed me this big posterboard with a question at the top. It said "do Christians have the right to be judgmental?" Then it was divided into two halves for yes and no and people had been putting these little circular stickers on either side depending on their opinion. I put mine on the no side, of course, and told her "this is a decisive no. I would write 'fuck no' on my sticker if I could."

She asked me why I say that and I said, "well, it's pretty self evident. There is no proof God exists nor is there proof of most of the Bible ever happening, so why should I listen to their beliefs which are based entirely on that?" She was like, "yes, I understand. Do you feel like you've been judged by Christians?" I said, "sure, but it's not just me. It's everyone in this country, when Christians feel they have the right to create laws based entirely in Christian dogma. It's fucked up."

She was like "I understand and I'd like to apologize on behalf of Christians. We're not all like that." She goes on to tell me a story about how Jesus wasn't judgmental and how Christians are supposed to follow in his footsteps. It was a really long story too, and the guy next to me was getting the exact same spiel from another Christian girl. It kind of pissed me off. I had taken the time to have a civil argument with her and she's just reciting this script. I said "yeah, that's ironic, isn't it?" And she was like "um...yeah...so do you have any interest in studying the Bible?" to which I responded "absolutely not" and left.
